We are looking for a passionate Hospitality Manager to specialise in premium suite operations at The O2 Arena, one of the world’s most iconic entertainment venues. As Hospitality Manager you will play a key role in exceptional experiences as part of a passionate, progressive hospitality team - one that puts people first and celebrates the unique experiences that only The O2 can deliver!
To ensure the seamless planning and execution of food and beverage services within the Suites, overseeing all suite levels, kitchen, pantry, and bar service teams.
- To achieve operational standards that surpass guest expectations through strong leadership and effective management.
- To deliver a premier catering product and service to clients and customers within the suites.
- To fully embody Levy Restaurants' vision and values by creating and living the Levy Difference through delivering Legendary Experiences and Powerful Partnerships.
What we’re looking for:
- Extensive hospitality experience in a demanding premium suites/box/luxury environment.
- Approachable with good interpersonal skills.
- Experience of managing front of house teams & complex service delivery.
- Effective communication skills.
- A high degree of IT proficiency, and basic numeracy skills.
- An enthusiastic and motivated mindset.
