Role Purpose

To provide practical, hands-on Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) support across Levy Ireland venues. You will work closely with operational teams to ensure compliance, support live events, respond to incidents, complete audits, and embed Levy’s See Care Share safety culture across all sites.

  • Year-on-year reduction in TRIFR / LTIR
  • Improved food safety performance and strong allergen controls
  • “Satisfactory” or better EHO outcomes across ROI venues
  • Internal and external audits completed on schedule with actions closed on time
  • Visible engagement with operational leaders and teams

Core Responsibilities

  • Deliver day-to-day HSE advice, venue checks, and event support
  • Support incident investigations, risk assessments, HACCP and allergen controls
  • Complete scheduled audits and inspections; track and verify corrective actions
  • Support venue mobilisations and rollout of corporate HSE initiatives
  • Liaise with regulators and support inspections as required
  • Coach managers and HSE Champions; lead safety walks and briefings
  • Promote environmental and waste initiatives that add operational value

Experience & Qualifications

Essential:

  • HSE experience within hospitality, events, or a similar operational environment
  • Strong knowledge of H&S and food safety legislation in the Republic of Ireland
  • Confident communicator with stakeholders, regulators, and third parties
  • Competent with Microsoft Office and audit/incident systems
  • Full Driving Licence

Desirable:

  • NEBOSH General Certificate (or equivalent)
  • Food Safety Level 4 (or Level 3 with progression plan)
  • Experience supporting ISO standards (45001 / 14001 / 9001)
