We’re looking for an experienced Hospitality Operations Manager to lead day-to-day catering and event operations at the CCD. You’ll be responsible for delivering seamless events, exceptional guest experiences and strong commercial performance, while leading and inspiring large hospitality teams.
What You’ll Do
- Lead daily operations across hospitality, retail and conference & events
- Act as the key operational contact for CCD stakeholders
- Ensure events are delivered to the highest standards, from setup to close
- Drive financial performance, labour control and cost management
- Champion guest experience, service quality, and continuous improvement
- Ensure full compliance with health, safety and food safety standards
- Recruit, develop and motivate high-performing hospitality teams
- Support innovation, growth and new business opportunities
What We’re Looking For
- Senior hospitality or events management experience in a high-volume venue
- Strong commercial and financial acumen with P&L responsibility
- Proven people leader with excellent stakeholder management skills
- Guest-focused, resilient and confident in fast-paced environments
- Strong knowledge of H&S and food safety compliance
