The primary purpose of this role is to support the store manager with deliveries each day in the loading bay area. Responsibilities include:
- Reviewing PO numbers against orders placed from team members.
- Checking and monitoring the Monika temperature system platform.
- Using the Monika system to control temperatures of deliveries within the HACCP plan.
- Supporting the store manager with stock taking and input of stock.
- Following the Compass HACCP plan with deliveries, rotation of foods, cleaning, and checking labelling for the store location.
- Informing team members of any short deliveries made from suppliers.
- Maintaining cleanliness and tidiness of the loading dock and storerooms.
- Assisting the store manager in building pick lists for specific jobs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Checking deliveries against PO numbers.
- Reviewing Monika report process for delivery controls with the HACCP plan.
- General stock taking process.
- Ensuring cleanliness and rotation of deliveries into locations.
- Notifying team members of any shortages on delivery.
- Maintaining cleanliness of the storeroom and loading dock at the end of the day.
