Reporting to the Managing Director of NT Food & Drink, the Head of Marketing, Food & Drink will lead marketing for all F&D outlets, working closely with restaurant partners, NT marketing teams, and external agencies. This is a full 360° role to elevate the NT as one of London's leading food destinations, driving awareness, growth, and engagement.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver marketing strategies to position NT F&D as a world-class destination.
- Lead campaign planning across digital, social, PR, and onsite channels.
- Coordinate content creation, including photos, videos, menus, POS, and digital screens.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align marketing with brand and partnership objectives.
- Monitor budgets, campaign performance, and provide insights to inform decisions.
- Keep abreast of sector trends to drive innovation and growth.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in food & drink marketing, with multi-stakeholder management.
- Excellent digital, content, and social media skills; basic design and copywriting experience (Canva/Figma/Photoshop).
- Proven project management, budget oversight, and analytical reporting abilities.
- Creative, detail-oriented, adaptable, and collaborative.
