Our client, a leading consultancy, is seeking an experienced Technical Consultant ideally with experience in HR Systems to join the team on a permanent basis.
Responsibilities
- Design integration architecture with a focus on scalability, maintainability, and best practices.
- Develop and deliver data and reporting frameworks that support business intelligence and analytics.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to translate requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Oversee integration testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimisation.
- Provide technical governance and quality assurance from project design through to deployment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience working with HR Systems.
- Knowledge of integration tools and methodologies, ideally within HCM or ERP platforms (preferably Workday).
- Involvement in at least one end-to-end platform implementation.
