Business Systems Analyst- Salesforce
Our client, a global SaaS business is looking for a Business Systems Analyst with Salesforce experience to join them on a permanent basis.
You will be gathering, analysing, and documenting requirements specifically related to sales and marketing systems, working closely with stakeholders to ensure that technology solutions meet the needs of the sales and marketing teams.
Key Responsibilities
Requirements Gathering & Analysis
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and other stakeholders to understand business needs and gather detailed system requirements for sales and marketing
Process Improvement
- Analyse and assess current sales and marketing processes to identify pain points and opportunities for improvements
System Design & Definition
- Define detailed system requirements for sales and marketing platforms, including CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), marketing automation systems, analytics platforms, and reporting tools.
Communication and Change Management
- Provide ,communication to finance stakeholders regarding system changes, expected impacts, timelines, and training.
- Support change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption.
Key Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst supporting sales and/or marketing functions
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment is preferred.
- Salesforce certifications are preferred.
