A leading marketing and data company is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to play a key role in supporting the divestment process by driving the development of the Target Operating Model (TOM), leading the HRIS platform separations, and managing critical aspects such as data migration, user journeys, change impact analysis, and testing management. The Snr BA will act as a bridge between the business and IT teams, ensuring that the separated entity’s business platforms—such as Workday—are properly transitioned, while focusing on user experience, operational impacts, and UAT execution. We are looking for someone with extensive Workday experience.
