More About The Role
Levy UK is the official catering partner to Chelsea Football Club, responsible for catering across the Chelsea FC estate, including Stamford Bridge stadium, Cobham training facility, and Kingsmeadow Women’s stadium. The role involves catering for over 1.15 million fans annually, managing outlets, boxes, suites, and events.
Scope of Role
- Responsible for cleanliness and organization of the Men’s 1st team kitchen at Cobham
- Focus on kitchen equipment, dishwashing, stock control, waste management, and safety
- Communicate effectively with culinary and front-of-house teams
- Train and supervise new staff and adapt to client and team requests
