Technical Project Manager – SharePoint / Microsoft 365
West Yorkshire| Hybrid
I’m looking for a Technical Project Manager with strong SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 knowledge to join a service improvement initiative. This is a technically focused PM role, centred on improving the product, enhancing reporting and driving best practice across the SharePoint Online environment. This is not a BAU support or troubleshooting role.
Key responsibilities
- Drive service improvement initiatives across SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365
- Identify opportunities to enhance the product, user experience and overall service
- Put effective reporting and performance metrics in place
- Ensure stakeholders can access the right data and insights
- Drive improvements in governance, processes and best practices
- Work with technical teams and stakeholders to deliver meaningful improvements
- Help shape and prioritise improvement activities and deliverables
What I’m looking for
- Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager within Microsoft 365
- Strong understanding of SharePoint Online (cloud)
- Experience delivering service improvement or product enhancement initiatives
- Comfortable working with reporting, data and technical stakeholders
- Strong stakeholder engagement and delivery management skills
- Experience with Microsoft Viva would be a bonus
