I'm currently supporting a key client on a large-scale infrastructure transformation programme and am looking for an experienced Network Engineer to join the project team. This is a hands-on delivery role focused on network migration, infrastructure transformation and the decommissioning of legacy environments as services are moved into the client's own datacentre estate.
Key Responsibilities
- Network migration and transformation activities
- Supporting the migration of services from managed service environments into customer-owned infrastructure
- Network implementation, configuration and troubleshooting
- Working closely with infrastructure, server and project teams
- Supporting both planned and out-of-hours network changes where required
Technical Requirements
- Strong Aruba networking experience
- Cisco switching and routing
- HP networking infrastructure
- Enterprise network migration experience
- LAN/WAN troubleshooting and implementation
- Experience working within large-scale enterprise environments
Ideal Background
- Experience supporting datacentre migration or infrastructure transformation programmes
- Hands-on experience with Aruba, Cisco and HP network environments
- Comfortable working on planned out-of-hours or weekend changes when required
