We’re recruiting for an experienced Senior Implementation Consultant to join a leading travel technology organisation delivering innovative software solutions to Tour Operators worldwide.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working closely with customers, leading software implementations, and helping businesses transform the way they operate.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead client discovery workshops to understand business requirements.
- Analyse business processes and recommend software solutions.
- Configure and implement travel software for Tour Operator clients.
- Deliver engaging training sessions to customers and internal teams.
- Support testing, UAT and successful software deployments.
- Produce user documentation and implementation materials.
- Coordinate implementation projects from discovery through to go-live.
- Collaborate with Project Managers, Business Analysts, Development and Product teams.
- Support customer demonstrations and pre‑sales activities when required.
What We’re Looking for
- 6+ years’ experience in software implementation or consultancy.
- Experience working within the Tour Operator or Travel Technology sector ( Must Have)
- Strong understanding of Tour Operator business processes.
- Experience leading client workshops and gathering business requirements.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of UAT and software implementation methodologies.
- Comfortable travelling to customer sites when required.
