We're looking for a Data Loss Prevention Analyst to join a large, well-established retail organisation in a newly created role, giving you the opportunity to help shape and develop their approach to Data Loss Prevention.

You'll work closely with the wider technology and software engineering teams, using your expertise across Microsoft Purview, SharePoint and the Microsoft stack to design and develop DLP policies and document labeling solutions. The software engineering team will then take these through implementation. This is a great opportunity to join a large organisation and have a genuine impact on how data protection and DLP evolves across the business.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Designing and shaping DLP policies across the organisation
  • Working with Microsoft Purview and SharePoint
  • Designing document labelling and classification solutions
  • Cloning and adapting policies where required
  • Working closely with software engineering teams to support implementation
  • Helping shape the future DLP strategy

What we’re looking for:

  • Strong technical experience with Microsoft Purview
  • Good knowledge of SharePoint and the wider Microsoft stack
  • Experience designing DLP policies and document labelling solutions
  • Experience working within a large corporate environment
  • Experience working with large data repositories

This is a newly created position, so you’ll have the opportunity to make your mark and play a key role in shaping the organisation’s DLP capabilities. The role is based in Leeds, with 2-3 days per week in the office. For candidates who live further away, 1 day per week may be considered.
