Junior Implementation Consultant- Travel Industry or Tour Operating Experience Required
Salary: £40,000 per annum

Job Purpose
- To support the implementation of software solutions for customers across different tour operating businesses.
- To help customers understand and use software effectively through training, guidance and ongoing support.
- To understand customer business processes and assist in identifying how software functionality can meet their requirements.
- To assist in coordinating implementation activities for allocated customers, working closely with senior consultants and project managers.
- To develop a strong understanding of the travel industry, tour operating processes and the role of technology in supporting business operations.
The Ideal Candidate
- 2–3 years experience working in a technology-related role within a tour operating business, travel company or software organisation.
- Good understanding of business processes and an interest in how software can improve operational efficiency.
- Experience in software implementation, customer training, business analysis or software support would be advantageous.
- The candidate should be enthusiastic about technology, passionate about the travel industry, keen to learn and confident communicating with customers and colleagues.
- Looking to develop their implementation consulting skills and progress towards managing client implementations independently.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Support senior consultants in delivering software implementations for tour operator customers.
- Assist in client workshops to understand business requirements and document processes, workflows and system requirements.
- Help translate customer requirements into recommended software configurations, seeking guidance from senior team members where required.
- Deliver customer training sessions and demonstrations, with support from senior consultants as appropriate.
