About the role:
As the Identity & Access Management Security Manager, you will define and execute the organisation's IAM strategy while leading a team of specialists responsible for Identity Governance, Access Management and Privileged Access Management.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and delivering the IAM roadmap.
- Leading Identity Governance and Administration initiatives.
- Managing authentication, authorisation and privileged access solutions.
- Collaborating with technology, security and business stakeholders.
- Ensuring IAM controls support both security and user experience.
- Building and mentoring a high-performing security team.
This is a strategic leadership role with significant visibility across the organisation.
About you:
- Proven experience leading IAM programmes or teams.
- Strong understanding of PAM, MFA, SSO and Identity Governance.
- Experience with protocols such as SAML, OAuth and OpenID Connect.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience operating within complex enterprise environments.
- Ability to balance business objectives with security requirements.
