We’re working with a growing, well-established business that’s continuing to invest in its operations. They’re now looking to hire a Procurement Specialist to help develop and strengthen their procurement function.
This isn’t a typical BAU procurement role, it’s a hands-on position where you’ll be involved in both day-to-day sourcing and helping shape how procurement operates across the business.
You’ll be:
- Running end-to-end procurement (RFPs, supplier selection, contract negotiation)
- Supporting the setup of procurement processes, governance, and frameworks
- Working closely with stakeholders across tech, finance, and operations
- Managing supplier relationships and performance
- Identifying cost-saving opportunities and driving supplier consolidation
A big focus will be around bringing structure and consistency into an evolving environment.
What they’re looking for:
- Around 4–7 years experience in procurement / sourcing
- Strong experience with supplier management and contract negotiation
- Exposure to indirect spend (tech experience is a plus)
- Confident working with stakeholders and influencing decisions
