We’re seeking a hands-on and strategic Head of Applications to join our client and lead their global Application Technology team. You’ll shape the technical vision, scale our engineering organisation, and stay close to the code, helping to build secure, scalable systems that empower organisations to understand and mitigate real-time security risks. This fully remote role is based in the UK and spans teams across the UK, US, and Singapore.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and scale a global engineering team delivering SaaS features like access control, notifications, logging, and multi-tenancy for enterprise B2B clients.
- Combine strategic leadership with technical depth, setting direction while contributing to architecture, design, and delivery.
- Partner with regional leads to align strategy and ensure consistent global standards.
- Build a high-performance, growth-oriented culture through hiring, coaching, and career development.
- Collaborate with Product and Design to deliver intuitive and secure user experiences.
- Drive engineering excellence, embedding quality, agility, and security across the development lifecycle.
