Levora Outsourcing is currently recruiting for Registered Manager opportunities across multiple locations in England:
Salary: Up to £65,000 per annum
We’re looking for candidates with:
- Experience managing a Children’s Residential Home
- Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations & Quality Standards
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare, or equivalent/relevant qualification
- Strong safeguarding and compliance knowledge
- Experience supporting children with EBD, complex needs or trauma
- Proven leadership and staff-management skills
- Ability to drive positive outcomes and maintain high standards of care
- Already Ofsted registered or have successfully completed the Ofsted registration process? We’d especially like to hear from you.
