Company description: Levo is a specialist automotive agency, helping some of the world’s most recognised brands connect data, CRM, marketing and digital to deliver measurable growth. Founded in January 2022, we’ve experienced significant growth, from three founders to a team of over 30. We currently work with some of the biggest automotive brands in the world and have plans to continue growing in the UK and abroad. For the right candidate, this is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic, creative and highly ambitious team. You’ll have a high degree of autonomy and be valued and recognised for your contribution as the business looks to achieve its next phase of growth targets. As well as the opportunity to work with the most recognised names in the automotive space, you’ll be supported by a team at the top of their game who will help you thrive, develop your skills and progress.
Job description: We’re looking for a Mid-weight Designer to join our creative team, working closely with our Art Director, Creative Director and wider creative and digital teams to deliver engaging digital and marketing communications for leading automotive brands. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating polished, well-crafted design within established brand guidelines while looking for opportunities to influence and improve digital experiences. The majority of your work will focus on CRM campaigns, landing pages and digital marketing assets, alongside a variety of print and event collateral. You'll play an important role in bringing campaigns to life across multiple channels, ensuring every touchpoint is visually engaging, consistent and delivered to the highest standard. We encourage designers to think beyond simply following guidelines. We’re looking for someone who enjoys refining layouts, improving user experiences and elevating the quality of digital design wherever possible. As the role develops, you’ll have increasing opportunities to help shape UI and digital experiences across our client portfolio.
Responsibilities:
- Design and produce CRM campaigns, email communications and digital marketing assets.
- Create engaging landing page designs and digital experiences.
- Design event collateral, presentations and printed marketing materials.
- Work closely with the Art Director to develop and deliver creative solutions.
- Apply and maintain brand guidelines across a portfolio of leading automotive brands.
- Collaborate with Developers, Account Managers and project teams to deliver work on time.
- Prepare artwork for both digital and print production where required.
- Look for opportunities to improve creative quality, usability and consistency across projects.
Our ideal candidate: We believe great design is about more than making things look good. It’s about creating experiences that are clear, engaging and effective. If you’re passionate about thoughtful design, enjoy solving problems and want to be part of a collaborative team where your ideas can make a real impact, we’d love to hear from you. You’ll be an organised and detail-oriented designer with a strong eye for layout and digital craft. You’re equally comfortable working independently or collaborating with others and enjoy solving design problems within established brand systems.
You’ll have:
- Around 3–5 years' commercial design experience.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating digital design, campaign work and marketing communications.
- Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
- Strong Figma skills with experience designing landing pages and digital interfaces.
- A solid understanding of typography, layout, colour and visual hierarchy.
- Experience creating high-quality marketing and digital communications while working confidently within established brand guidelines.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to working within a creative team.
Bonus skills: While not essential, we’d love to hear from designers who can bring additional skills and experience to the team.
- Experience creating motion graphics or simple animations using tools such as After Effects. This could include social media content, animated digital assets, UI transitions or campaign content that enhances digital experiences.
- Print production knowledge, including preparing artwork for press, understanding production processes and designing brochures, exhibition graphics, point-of-sale materials or other printed collateral.
Additional information: Opportunity to be part of a dynamic and growing business - working with some of the most exciting brands around. Flexible working - ability to shape your week (working from home/the office). Annual bonus, linked to company performance. 25 days of annual leave, exclusive of bank holidays and Christmas closure - with an additional 1 day added per year for service up to a maximum of 30 days. We are an equal opportunities employer.
