About this role
We are looking for a highly motivated Trading Operations Associate to join our trading desk. This role is central to the operational backbone of the trading function, ensuring trades are processed accurately, within agreed SLAs, and with full compliance across internal and external stakeholders. A key characteristic we are looking for on our team is diligent and detail oriented.
You will manage the full trade lifecycle — from client deposits and settlements to reconciliations, reporting, and dispute resolution. Beyond day-to-day operations, you’ll be expected to contribute ideas to improve workflows, help onboard new banking partners, and strengthen our overall trading infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
- Trade Lifecycle & SLAs: Ensure all incoming trades are processed within the defined SLAs for each market and client.
- Oversee accurate booking, confirmation, and settlement of trades.
- Monitor client deposits, withdrawals, and settlements to ensure timely and correct handling.
- Manage and resolve trade disputes within appropriate frameworks.
- Perform daily reconciliations of all trades across systems, banks, and custodians.
- Produce accurate and timely reporting for clients, banking partners, regulators, and audits.
- Maintain full documentation and operational records in line with compliance standards.
- Support new banking relationships and assist in onboarding partners.
- Actively pursue opportunities to expand liquidity sources, currencies, and settlement networks.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to evaluate and integrate new providers.
- Process & Desk Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in operational workflows and propose solutions.
- Contribute to process automation and control improvements.
- Sug gest new products, providers, or process enhancements to strengthen the desk.
Growth & Development
- Work closely with senior traders to learn pricing, risk, and execution.

Qualifications & Skills
Experience:
- 1–3+ years of experience in trading operations, settlements, treasury, or similar financial services.
- Banking, FX, OTC, Payments or Digital Assets trading operations experience strongly preferred.
Technical Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of trade booking, settlement flows, and reconciliations.
- Familiarity with banking operations, custody, and payment networks.
- Basic understanding of blockchain technology e.g. ledger, gas fees and tokens.
- Experience with reporting to clients, regulators, or auditors.
Soft Skills:
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication skills for dealing with clients, banks, and internal teams.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to suggest and drive improvements.
- Comfortable working under pressure in a fast-moving environment.
Other:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field preferred.
- Strong interest in digital assets, payments infrastructure, and financial markets.
