Levl is a fast-growing fintech building a unified platform for secure, low-cost cross-border payments in both fiat currencies and stablecoins.

We closed a $7 million seed funding round, led by Galaxy Ventures and backed by top investors including Protagonist, Deus X, Blockchain Builders Fund, Open FX, Falcon X, CMCC, Variant Fund, and a strategic angel network featuring leaders from Revolut, Brex, and Comun.

Levl is incubated and funded by Galaxy Digital (NASDAQ: GLXY), a major public financial services firm.

Our team brings experience from leading organisations like Pay Pal, Deutsche Bank, London Stock Exchange Group, RBC, Black Rock, AQR, Brevan Howard, and Galaxy Digital, offering deep expertise across traditional finance and digital assets.

The Role

Own and scale the systems that generate pipeline for the commercial team.

You will build the automation infrastructure, data pipelines, and AI-powered workflows that enable our team to move faster, experiment continuously, and convert pipeline efficiently as we scale.

Outbound already runs here, with sequences, enrichment, and AI-assisted workflows in place.

You will take that stack, own it outright, and turn it into something that compounds.

The same applies to our campaign and content work.

You will report to the Head of Sales, with a high degree of autonomy over how the function is built and which tools it runs on.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and scale the outbound engine end to end: targeting, enrichment, sequencing, and the data flowing into Hub Spot.
  • Turn our ICP into targeted, signal-triggered campaigns, and launch new ones every month.
  • Build the data pipelines that keep account and contact data accurate.
  • Ship AI-powered workflows and agents that remove manual work across the commercial team, from account research and prioritisation through to call briefs.
  • Own email deliverability end to end: domains, warmup, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, inbox health, and bounce and spam rates.
  • Write and test the copy, running structured experiments on angles, subject lines, and channel mix across email, Linked In, and phone.
  • Build and run account based marketing campaigns against our named target list, so the accounts that matter most are reached through more than one channel rather than a single sequence.
  • Own the campaign layer around conferences and industry events: build the attendee target list, run pre-event outreach, and run the follow-up afterwards.
  • Produce and schedule the content that supports outbound, including Linked In posts, corridor-specific one-pagers, and landing pages, and test what actually moves reply and conversion rates.
  • Tailor messaging by persona and by corridor.
  • Book qualified discovery calls for the commercial team, with a short brief before each one.
  • Instrument all of it. Report on reply rate, meeting rate, conversion, and cost per booked call, and move effort away from what does not work quickly.
  • What We’re Looking For
  • One or more years in GTM engineering, growth engineering, revenue operations, or outbound-heavy demand generation, with systems you can point to and walk us through.
  • Hands-on with the modern GTM stack: enrichment and list building, sequencers, CRM, and no-code automation.
  • Comfortable with APIs, spreadsheets and SQL at depth, and light scripting. You debug a broken workflow rather than elevate it.
  • AI Fluency demonstrated through systems you have shipped, including prompt design inside live workflows.
  • Practical command of deliverability.
  • Copywriting that gets replies, and the discipline to test rather than guess.
  • Outcomes rather than tickets. You find the problems yourself by sitting close to the people selling.
  • Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience prospecting into financial institutions, payments, or FX is a plus.

Payments, FX, or crypto knowledge is not required, and we will teach you the product and the corridors.

  • What Good Looks Like
  • New campaigns launched every month, with a clear read on which ones worked and which did not.
  • Qualified discovery calls landing on the commercial team's calendars, consistently and predictably.
  • Workflows that run reliably without manual intervention.
  • Reply and conversion rates improving quarter on quarter.
  • Every conference and event we attend backed by a campaign, with booked meetings you can count.
  • CRM data the commercial team relies on without checking it first.
