We seek a talented and motivated Corporate Insolvency Administrator to join a leading specialist firm in Watford. As an Insolvency Administrator, you will manage a diverse caseload from inception through to closure. You will be reporting directly to a Manager and working closely with one of the IPs to deliver results.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and attending creditors’ meetings to pass and approve resolutions in the proposals.
- Securing assets and making employees redundant when necessary.
- Realizing assets.
- Dealing with all retention of title claims in on-trading administrations.
- Managing ongoing creditors’ queries.
- Conduct investigations into directors’ conduct and the company’s affairs.
