We are excited to present a unique opportunity for an experienced Insolvency Case Manager in Swindon. This role not only offers you the chance to manage an interesting and varied portfolio of insolvency cases but also provides excellent flexibility to work from home. Reporting to the Insolvency Manager, you’ll be responsible for your own diverse caseload including but not limited to:

  • Administrations
  • Creditors’ Voluntary Liquidations (CVLs)
  • Members’ Voluntary Liquidations (MVLs)
  • Company Voluntary Arrangements (CVAs)
  • Bankruptcies and Individual Voluntary Arrangements (IVAs)

You’ll oversee the entire case lifecycle, managing the pre-appointment stages, progression, and case closure. This role is perfect for a proactive, organised individual looking for the next step in their insolvency career.

Requirements:

  • CPI Qualified would be preferred.
  • Experience in managing a diverse insolvency caseload.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • The ability to work autonomously and maintain high standards under pressure.
