As a result of increased workload, this specialist Restructuring and Insolvency firm is seeking an experienced restructuring professional to join their team. The role primarily focuses on advisory work, including:
- Providing advice to creditors on risks facing their financing through Independent Business Reviews.
- Advising distressed and insolvent companies.
- Assisting underperforming businesses with cash flow management.
- Creating cash flow forecast models to assess business viability and advising lenders on short-term lending decisions to protect their long-term investments.
- Conducting technical research and drafting advisory reports for external parties.
- Overseeing a team of junior staff, planning workloads, conducting performance reviews, providing feedback, and delivering training or coaching.
