We are working with an independent and well-run boutique insolvency firm that is seeking an experienced Insolvency Manager to join their team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is driven and keen to succeed in insolvency, and who is looking to take the next step in their career with a dynamic and growing firm.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of insolvency cases, including Administrations, CVLs, MVLs, CVAs and Bankruptcies

  • Oversee a team of insolvency professionals, ensuring that cases are progressed efficiently and effectively

  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, acting as a point of contact and providing regular updates

  • Work with the senior team to identify and pursue opportunities for business development and growth

  • Act as a mentor and coach to junior members of the team, supporting their development and progression

  • At least 5 years of experience in corporate insolvency, with a track record of managing cases and teams

  • Strong technical knowledge of insolvency legislation and compliance requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team

  • Drive and ambition to succeed within a boutique insolvency firm

  • Ability to work well under pressure, with excellent time management skills
