TEAMWORK ISAT THE HEART OFGREAT ACHIEVEMENT

£20,000 to £35,000 (depending on experience) + benefits package + Hybrid

Due to substantial growth, the Corporate Insolvency department of this leading specialist is seeking an additional Senior Insolvency Administrator to join the team in Cheshire.

Role:

Reporting directly to a Manager and working closely with one of the IPs, your main duties will include, but not be limited to:

  1. Managing a caseload of mainly Liquidations from inception through to closure, along with other corporate insolvency cases on an ad hoc basis.
  2. Handling employee redundancies and claims.
  3. Preparing Section 98 reports, Statement of Affairs, and deficiency accounts.
  4. Performing asset realisations.
  5. Coordinating trading to enhance realisations.
  6. Preparing statutory documentation, including identification of members, money laundering requirements, and declaration of solvency.
  7. Identifying potential assets and issues to be brought to the Office Holder’s attention.

As part of the package, the firm will develop a structured development plan tailored to your needs, supported by regular appraisals. The firm aims to bring Administrators up to speed quickly for future promotion as the company grows.

Requirements:

To apply, you must have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. Experience in Liquidations is required; insolvency qualifications are advantageous.
