A leading insolvency specialist is seeking a talented Insolvency Partner to join their team in Birmingham and help drive growth in the area. As an experienced Licensed Insolvency Practitioner, you will play a key role in providing technical guidance to the team and assisting with their caseload.
Key responsibilities include:
- Acting as a Licensed Insolvency Practitioner on a variety of corporate insolvency cases.
- Providing technical guidance and support to the team.
- Playing an active role in the marketing and growth plans for the firm.
- Assisting with the training and development of team members.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience as a Licensed Insolvency Practitioner.
- Strong technical compliance skills and a thorough understanding of insolvency practices.
- An existing network of loyal referrers is highly desirable.
