Insolvency Administrator
Teesside – £18,000 to £25,000 + benefits + career development

Due to an increase in new work, this boutique insolvency practice requires an Insolvency Administrator to join their business.
Responsibilities
- Reporting to a manager, take responsibility for your own portfolio of insolvency cases.
- Case types will include Administrations, Creditors Voluntary Liquidations, Members Voluntary Liquidations and some personal insolvency cases.
- Manage cases from inception through to closure.
- Take responsibility for a junior member of the team; delegate and review their work.
- Liaise with Directors both pre‑ and post‑appointment.
- Liaise with Solicitors to obtain legal advice on issues such as wrongful trading and other antecedent transactions.
- Identify risk issues and draw them to the attention of management.
Qualifications
Minimum of 12 months of experience in a corporate insolvency role.
