A leading insolvency practice in Edinburgh is looking for a motivated Junior Insolvency Administrator to join their expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a keen interest in the insolvency sector to gain valuable experience and develop their skills in a supportive and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the administration of a variety of corporate insolvency cases, including CVLs, MVLs, administrations, and bankruptcies
- Support senior team members with case progression and ensure the timely completion of tasks
- Maintain accurate records and case files, adhering to regulatory requirements
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including creditors, directors, and other professionals
- Participate in relevant training and development opportunities to further your knowledge and skills within the insolvency sector
Requirements:
- Minimum of 12 months of experience in insolvency administration
- Strong understanding of insolvency processes and procedures
- Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage time effectively
- Team player with a proactive approach to learning and problem-solving
- Desire to pursue further qualifications in insolvency (e.g., CPI) is an advantage
