Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Harrow for an Estimator / Pre-Construction and Commercial Coordinator. The role involves preparing cost estimates, managing pre-construction activities, and coordinating commercial functions. Responsibilities include analyzing project requirements, compiling budgets, collaborating with clients and internal teams, purchasing processes, and ensuring projects are executed efficiently while delivering a high standard of work quality.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in cost estimating, budgeting, and tender preparation
- Experience with project analysis, planning, and scheduling during pre-construction stages
- Strong understanding of commercial coordination, contract administration, and procurement processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, project management, and cost-estimating software
- Excellent communication, organization, and negotiation skills
