As Levin continues to grow, we are investing further in our Talent Acquisition capability to support the hiring of the next generation of recruitment consultants and leaders within the business.

We are now looking for a Talent Acquisition Consultant to join the People team in London. This role will focus on attracting and hiring high-potential graduate and experienced recruitment consultants who will drive the continued growth of Levin’s specialist brands.

This is a hands-on role working closely with Brand Leads and hiring managers, owning recruitment processes end-to-end while helping shape how Levin attracts, assesses, and hires top talent.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Brand Leads and hiring managers to deliver high-quality hiring outcomes across Levin’s London brands
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from role briefing and sourcing through to offer management and onboarding
  • Proactively source and engage high-potential candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and market mapping
  • Build strong talent pipelines for both graduate and experienced recruitment consultants
  • Assess candidates for commercial potential, resilience, and cultural alignment within a high-performance environment
  • Track recruitment pipeline activity and identify opportunities to improve conversion and hiring efficiency
  • Deliver a structured, high-quality candidate experience from first interaction through to onboarding
  • Work with the People team to continuously improve recruitment processes, tools, and hiring strategy

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–5 years’ experience in Talent Acquisition, Internal Recruitment, Agency Recruitment, or R2R
  • Experience hiring into sales, recruitment, or other performance-driven environments is advantageous
  • Strong sourcing and candidate engagement capability
  • Ability to manage multiple hiring processes in a fast-paced environment
  • Confident working with senior stakeholders and influencing hiring decisions
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Commercial mindset with the ability to balance hiring quality, speed, and business needs
  • Resilient, proactive, and comfortable operating in a high-performance culture
