Due to ambitious growth plans over the next 6 months, we have a very exciting opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our Talent team! Founded in 2019, Levin has grown from a 3-person start-up to a leading tech recruitment company specializing in FinTech, HealthTech, and GreenTech through our brands: Storm2, Storm3, and Storm4. We are on a mission to lead the global tech recruitment sector; to connect tech talent, we need the best talent. We focus on investing in our Associates with world-class training and cutting-edge recruitment technology. Our recruiters are grown organically from within the business.
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing the end-to-end hiring process for Graduate Recruitment Consultants
- Sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, events, and referrals
- Conducting screening calls and coordinating interviews
- Guiding candidates through the process including delivering feedback
- Managing candidate pipelines and interview stages in our ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
- Continuously improving the candidate experience — from first contact to offer stage
What we are looking for:
- 2+ years’ experience in recruitment (internal or agency)
- Experience in directly sourcing candidates proactively through headhunting methods
- Experience in managing ATS
- Process driven work ethic
- Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills — you’ll be speaking to candidates daily
- Highly organised, self-motivated, and comfortable managing multiple open roles at once
- KPI and target driven
- Exposure to graduate/early careers recruitment
- Passionate about identifying potential, not just experience
