The Role
You’ll run a full 360 sales process:
- Business Development - Win new clients and build your own market
- Sales & Negotiation - Pitch, influence, and close deals with senior stakeholders
- Candidate Sourcing - Headhunt top talent through LinkedIn, outreach, and networking
- Relationship Management - Build long-term partnerships with clients and candidates
- Process Management - Manage interviews, offers, and placements end-to-end
This is a sales role at its core - your activity, consistency, and performance will determine your success.
