What You'll Do
- Organise office events, lunches and celebrations
- Support wellbeing and employee engagement initiatives
- Help coordinate incentives, rewards and recognition programmes
- Support internal communications and People campaigns
- Help create a positive and engaging workplace culture
- Support the day-to-day running of the office
- Coordinate suppliers, facilities and workplace services
- Manage office supplies, equipment and meeting rooms
- Support workplace health and safety administration
- Coordinate travel and accommodation bookings
Onboarding & Employee Support
- Support new starter onboarding and induction activities
- Prepare workspaces, equipment and welcome materials
- Maintain employee records and organisational information
- Support joiner and leaver administration processes
- Work closely with the People Business Partner on People initiatives and projects
Who We're Looking For
- Previous administration, office coordination, hospitality, events, customer service or workplace support experience
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Confident communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive and solutions-focused mindset
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Previous HR experience is not essential.
