The Role of a Graduate Recruitment Consultant: Levin is looking to hire Graduate Recruitment Consultant’s to join our London team. As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you will engage with companies in the Tech Sector, building client relationships from scratch and offering recruitment and consulting services. The ideal candidate will focus on managing the full recruitment lifecycle from start to finish, building client relationships through business development, networking and market research and sourcing and/or headhunting ideal candidates that match your clients hiring requirements. This is the ideal opportunity for an individual who has strong business acumen, enjoys relationship building and who is motivated by financial rewards and career progression. Duties of a Graduate Recruitment Consultant: Business Development and Client Management: The Graduate Recruitment Consultant will focus on generating new client relationships, as well as, maintaining relationships with existing clients. Sourcing or headhunting active and passive candidates: The role of a Graduate Recruitment Consultant involves finding the best talent in the market to match the job requirements of your clients. Managing the interview process: The ideal candidate will make sure your candidates are prepared for interviews and received adequate feedback and that clients receive support when interviewing and knowing what your candidates expectations are for a new role. Providing offers and closing candidates: When you’ve found the right candidate you will manage the offer process and make sure that both parties are happy.
