We Offer
- £28,000 base salary + uncapped commission
- Year 1 OTE: £60k+
- Year 2 OTE: £80k+
- Year 3 OTE: £100k+

What You’ll Do
You’ll manage the full recruitment process, including:
- Business Development: Build your own client base and partner with leading tech companies
- Client Consulting: Advise businesses on hiring strategy, talent markets, and growth plans
- Candidate Sourcing: Identify and engage top tech talent through LinkedIn, job boards, and outreach
- Relationship Building: Develop long‑term partnerships with clients and candidates
- Process Management: Guide both clients and candidates through the full interview process
- Account Management: Maintain and grow existing relationships
This is a target‑driven role where your performance directly impacts your earnings and career progression. No prior recruitment experience is needed! We provide a structured induction program and a tailored Learning & Development syllabus, along with a commitment to ongoing training opportunities at each promotional level. You’ll play a key role in shaping Levin’s growth and culture.
