What You’ll Do

You’ll manage the full recruitment process, including:

  • Business Development: Build your own client base and partner with leading tech companies
  • Client Consulting: Advise businesses on hiring strategy, talent markets, and growth plans
  • Candidate Sourcing: Identify and engage top tech talent through LinkedIn, job boards, and outreach
  • Relationship Building: Develop long‑term partnerships with clients and candidates
  • Process Management: Guide both clients and candidates through the full interview process
  • Account Management: Maintain and grow existing relationships

This is a target‑driven role where your performance directly impacts your earnings and career progression. No prior recruitment experience is needed! We provide a structured induction program and a tailored Learning & Development syllabus, along with a commitment to ongoing training opportunities at each promotional level. You’ll play a key role in shaping Levin’s growth and culture.
