We are supporting a large, complex organisation on a key hire within their Organisation Effectiveness team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a central role in shaping operating model design, organisational structures, and job architecture during a period of transformation.
The Role
Reporting into the Head of Organisation Effectiveness, you will partner with senior leaders to translate strategic objectives into effective organisational design, capabilities, and ways of working. You’ll lead on key initiatives across operating model design, job architecture, and role evaluation, ensuring consistency, governance, and high-quality delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead organisational design and operating model initiatives
- Develop and maintain value streams and ways of working
- Own and evolve the organisation’s job architecture framework
- Lead role evaluation methodology (e.g. WTW GGS or similar)
- Support process improvement, including automation/AI-enabled solutions
- Provide expert advice to senior stakeholders across HR, Reward, and Finance
- Ensure governance and quality across organisational design activities
About You
- Strong experience in organisational design and operating model development
- Expertise in job architecture and job evaluation frameworks
- Experience working in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
- Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills
- Ability to translate complex concepts into clear, actionable outputs
- Experience with design tools (e.g. OrgVue, Workday) is advantageous
Professional qualifications (e.g. CIPD Level 7 or OD accreditations) are desirable.
