This is an exciting opportunity to play a central role in shaping operating model design, organisational structures, and job architecture during a period of transformation.
Reporting into the Head of Organisation Effectiveness, you will partner with senior leaders to translate strategic objectives into effective organisational design, capabilities, and ways of working. You’ll lead on key initiatives across operating model design, job architecture, and role evaluation, ensuring consistency, governance, and high-quality delivery.
- Lead organisational design and operating model initiatives

Strong experience in organisational design and operating model development.
Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
Experience with design tools (e.g. OrgVue, Workday) is advantageous.
