We’re looking for an experienced Workday Integration & Data Lead to join a major global HR transformation programme on a 12-month FTC. This is a hands‑on leadership role responsible for owning the Workday integrations and data workstream, working across HR, Payroll, Finance and Technology teams to deliver secure, scalable integrations and high‑quality people data solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Workday integrations and data workstream end-to-end
  • Design, build and support integrations across Workday and connected systems
  • Drive data migration, remediation, reconciliation and quality activities
  • Partner with global stakeholders across Technology, HR, Payroll and vendors
  • Support testing, cutover, go‑live and hyper‑care activities
  • Manage risks, dependencies, documentation and stakeholder reporting
  • Lead workshops and help shape integration and data design decisions

Skills & Experience

  • Strong Workday Integrations and Data experience within complex environments
  • Workday Studio
  • EIB
  • Core Connectors
  • PECI
  • Workday Web Services
  • Strong technical knowledge of APIs, XML, XSLT and data transformation
  • Proven experience leading data migration or remediation projects end-to-end
  • Strong stakeholder management and programme delivery experience
  • SAP ECC exposure beneficial but not essential
