We're looking for an experienced Senior Process Consultant to join a global transformation team, helping shape how complex business processes are designed, governed and continuously improved across multiple functions.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who combines strong process architecture expertise with business improvement experience and enjoys facilitating workshops, influencing stakeholders and delivering meaningful change.

  • What you'll be doing
  • Lead process discovery workshops with business stakeholders to capture and redesign end-to-end processes.
  • Develop and maintain process architecture using BPMN standards and enterprise process management tools (such as ARIS or similar).
  • Build and govern a central process repository, ensuring process documentation remains accurate and aligned across the organisation.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma and other operational excellence methodologies where appropriate.
  • Partner with multiple business functions to identify opportunities for process optimisation, cost reduction and improved customer and colleague experiences.
  • Support process governance, roadmap development and transformation programmes from discovery through to implementation.
  • Facilitate workshops, challenge existing ways of working and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Contribute to process maturity and capability across the wider business.

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience in process architecture and business process management within a large, complex organisation.
  • Strong knowledge of BPMN and enterprise process modelling tools such as ARIS (or equivalent).
  • Experience running process mapping workshops and engaging cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Background delivering business process redesign, operational excellence or continuous improvement projects.
  • Strong project management skills with experience supporting multiple workstreams simultaneously.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience across sectors such as retail, manufacturing, supply chain, shared services or other complex operational environments would be advantageous.
  • Lean Six Sigma certification or practical experience is desirable but not essential.
