We’re working with a leading organisation operating within a highly technical and regulated environment to recruit an experienced Business Analyst. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded and analytical professional who enjoys understanding how businesses operate, identifying opportunities for improvement and working with stakeholders to deliver meaningful change.

As a Business Analyst, you’ll join a collaborative Programmes team and work closely with colleagues across engineering, operations, finance, IT and other business functions. You’ll play a key role in analysing processes, gathering requirements, supporting business change and helping deliver solutions that improve efficiency, quality and overall business performance.

  • Working with stakeholders to understand business challenges, objectives and requirements
  • Gathering, documenting and validating business and functional requirements
  • Interrogating business systems to produce reports, dashboards and meaningful insights
  • Creating process maps, business cases and supporting documentation
  • Supporting business change projects from initial concept through to implementation
  • Monitoring project progress, risks and dependencies, escalating issues where required
  • Supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT), training and implementation activities
  • Analysing data to support informed decision-making

We’re looking for someone who is naturally curious, analytical and confident working with people across different areas of a business.

  • Previous experience working as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role
  • Experience gathering and documenting business requirements
  • Ability to interpret and analyse data and turn findings into actionable recommendations
  • Experience mapping business processes and identifying improvements
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies
  • A professional Business Analysis qualification, such as BCS or IIBA
  • Experience working with ERP, MRP or other enterprise business systems
  • Experience with tools such as Visio, Power BI or Jira

Is naturally curious and enjoys understanding how businesses work. Has excellent attention to detail without losing sight of wider business objectives.
