I'm currently supporting an innovative technology company that is looking to hire a Customer Project Coordinator to act as the Operations Expert to join its growing team. This organisation develops AI-powered solutions that are transforming operational safety standards globally. With an expanding international customer base and ambitious growth plans, they are seeking a customer-focused professional who can successfully manage technical deployments and ensure an exceptional customer experience.
The Role
You will be responsible for coordinating the end-to-end deployment of hardware and software systems across multiple customer sites. You will work closely with customers, installation partners, and internal technical teams to ensure successful implementation and ongoing operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple deployment projects simultaneously from planning through to completion.
- Conduct site readiness assessments, including network infrastructure, connectivity requirements, hardware positioning, and environmental considerations.
- Work closely with installation engineers and technical teams to ensure sites are fully prepared for deployment.
- Monitor project progress, maintain deployment records, and proactively resolve technical blockers.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the deployment process.
- Support post-deployment validation and escalate technical issues with clear and detailed diagnostics.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of deployment processes, technical documentation, and operational procedures.
About You:
- 4+ years' experience in customer-facing technical project management or customer operations.
- Strong technical aptitude and confidence working across multiple software platforms.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field is desirable.
- Based in the United Kingdom with the legal right to work in the UK.
- Willingness to travel occasionally within the UK and internationally.
