Weβre seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of a critical Elite 3E de-customisation and data cleansing initiative . This role offers the opportunity to drive a high-impact transformation programme within a fast-paced, global professional services environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of a large-scale, cross-functional project from initiation to completion.
- Lead the development and execution of robust project plans, ensuring delivery is on time, within scope, and to budget.
- Identify, manage, and communicate project dependencies and risks across multiple workstreams.
- Champion process optimisation and continuous improvement prior to technology investment.
- Ensure compliance with internal governance frameworks, standards, and risk controls.
About You β Essential Skills & Experience:
- A minimum of 10 yearsβ experience successfully delivering complex, global projects end-to-end.
- Demonstrable expertise managing projects involving Elite 3E , particularly in de-customisation and data initiatives.
- Strong command of both agile and waterfall project delivery methodologies.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and risk management capabilities.
- Recognised project management certifications (e.g. AgilePM, PRINCE2, or equivalent).
