Are you an experienced Project Manager with a background in the legal sector and a passion for delivering meaningful business change?
We're working with an organisation investing in the transformation of its legal function and are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead complex change initiatives. This is an opportunity to play a key role in shaping how teams work, improving processes and driving the successful adoption of new technologies.
Whilst the organisation is investing in AI and emerging technologies, they're realistic about where the market is today. Proven experience delivering business change within a legal environment is far more important than extensive AI or GenAI expertise.
What you'll be doing
- Leading end-to-end delivery of strategic business change and transformation projects.
- Working closely with senior stakeholders to define priorities and deliver successful outcomes.
- Driving improvements across governance, processes and ways of working.
- Supporting the implementation and adoption of new tools and technologies.
- Managing project plans, risks, dependencies and communications across multiple workstreams.
What we're looking for
- Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering complex business change.
- A strong background working within the legal sector.
- Experience managing governance, stakeholder engagement and organisational change.
- The ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- A business-focused approach to project delivery, rather than a purely technical IT project management background.
Nice to have
- Exposure to AI or GenAI initiatives.
- Experience supporting digital transformation or technology adoption programmes.
