PRINCIPAL ENTERPRISE ARCHITECT

Location: London, UK

2 days onsite per week

A market leading and global CPG company is hiring for a new Principal Enterprise Architect.

As a Principal Enterprise Architect, you will shape the future of IT at this leading CPG organisation, driving global innovation and transformation across all technology platforms. You will be a visionary leader who:

  • Architects the system landscape to support the transformation into a multi-category organisation
  • Works with IT Technology Platform Leaders and Domain Architects to create flexible, robust architecture
  • Translates strategies from different regions, categories, and functions into a unified technology roadmap
  • Guides key technology transformation initiatives and influences crucial decision-making processes
  • Co-leads the architecture community of practice and provides expert advice to stakeholders
  • Helps build a high-performing team through leadership and mentorship

Required Experience

  • 10+ years of Architecture experience with a proven track record in complex transformations
  • Ability to engage effectively at Director/VP level with strong grasp of business and technology strategy
  • Extensive knowledge across architectural domains (data technology, system integration, application modularisation)
  • Strong understanding of Consumer/Commercial and Operations domains
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
  • University degree in Computer Sciences, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
  • Familiarity with architecture industry standards and tools (TOGAF, PRINCE, ITIL, LeanIX) is advantageous
  • Experience in Consumer Packaged Goods and Life Sciences sectors is a plus
