Levick Stanley are excited to partner with this large multi-national British company as they look to grow their internal consulting and transformation team. The team are on a journey to become a best-in-class internal consulting arm, delivering high-impact transformation, process improvement, and strategic change programmes across multiple business functions.
We are looking for Consultant and Senior Consultant levels, offering excellent exposure to enterprise-scale projects, senior stakeholders, and complex transformation initiatives.
The Opportunity
You’ll work across global business units, leading and delivering projects focused on:
- Business transformation
- Process re-engineering
- Operational excellence
This role offers end-to-end project exposure, from discovery and assessment through to design, implementation and benefits realisation.
- Deliver continuous improvement and transformation projects
- Conduct discovery workshops and SME interviews
- Process mapping, pain point analysis and opportunity identification
- Apply Lean Six Sigma tools and CI methodologies
- Support delivery of measurable business outcomes
- Engage and influence stakeholders across business functions
Experience:
- 4–5+ years in Continuous Improvement, Transformation, Process Improvement, Consulting or similar
- Lean Six Sigma: White / Yellow / Green Belt preferred
- Experience with process mapping and improvement tools
- Exposure to process architecture tools (e.g. BPM platforms) is a plus
- Lead multiple projects and workstreams simultaneously
- Act as Project Manager and delivery lead
- Coach and develop consultants
- Design and lead workshops and training sessions
- Drive stakeholder engagement across multiple business functions
- Own governance, reporting, delivery and benefits tracking
Additional Experience:
- Strong background in transformation, consulting or CI leadership roles
- Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt preferred
- Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills
- Train-the-trainer experience highly desirable
- High energy, proactive and delivery-focused mindset
- Strong balance of technical CI capability + excellent communication skills
- Ability to clearly define problems, apply tools, and deliver outcomes
- Experience working in fast-paced, complex environments
- Confident running workshops, facilitating sessions and engaging senior stakeholders
