We’re seeking an experienced Workday Functional Manager / Product Owner to lead and optimise a global Workday platform, with a focus on Core HCM and Security. This role combines platform ownership, stakeholder management, BAU support, and enhancement delivery. You’ll work closely with HR, Technology, and business teams to improve processes, drive system optimisation, and support ongoing Workday initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and support the Workday Core HCM and Security landscape
  • Lead enhancement projects including security redesign, process optimisation, and job architecture initiatives
  • Manage Workday business processes, security roles, domains, and governance
  • Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions
  • Lead workshops and support continuous improvement initiatives
  • Support Workday releases, testing, reporting, and user experience improvements
  • Coordinate BAU activities alongside project delivery and offshore support teams

  • 5+ years’ Workday experience
  • Strong knowledge of:
    • Core HCM
    • Workday Security
    • Business Processes
    • Reporting
  • Experience working in global Workday environments
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
