Our client, a top UK housing association, is looking for several Software Engineers to play a key role in delivering modern, customer-focused technology that supports thousands of their residents and colleagues.
Contract: Fixed Term Contract
Location: Hybrid (1-2 days)
What you'll do
- Collaborate with Product Owners, BAs, Solution Architects and engineering colleagues to analyse, estimate and deliver user stories
- Develop secure, scalable software solutions using Microsoft technologies
- Ensure delivery aligns with architecture standards and business requirements
- Provide timely support for critical production issues when needed
- Contribute to agile ceremonies, team performance, and continuous improvement
- Maintain high standards of software documentation and code governance
- Identify risks and elevate issues that may affect delivery or availability

- Experience delivering modern software solutions in an agile environment
- Strong development skills in technologies such as: Sitecore, BI & Data tools (e.g., Power BI, DAX)
- Understanding of cloud and DevOps practices — CI/CD, automation, containers, PaaS/IaaS/SaaS
- Strong grasp of SDLC and engineering practices — TDD essential; Selenium/Spec Flow desirable
- A collaborative mindset with ownership, energy, and a drive to achieve outcomes
