We’re supporting a major transformation programme for one of our Not-For-Profit clients, replacing legacy CRM with a modern Salesforce-led ecosystem. They are looking for a senior, hands-on Salesforce Solution Architect to lead solution design across a complex, multi-system environment. This role will focus on shaping high and low-level design, driving architecture decisions, and supporting delivery teams to move from concept into build.
Key areas include:
- Release and environment strategy
- Billing and order-to-cash
- Integrations
- Identity
- Data management
You’ll work across Salesforce and a wider platform landscape including finance, integration, and identity tools, ensuring scalable, auditable, and delivery-ready solutions.
Key requirements:
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect in complex transformation programmes
- Strong background in billing, payments, and order-to-cash design
- Experience with API-led integrations and Azure-based services
- Solid understanding of release management, DevOps, and governance
- Ability to produce clear, decision-ready architecture outputs for senior stakeholders
Contract details:
- Hybrid: South London office attendance required 1-2 days a week
- Competitive day rate, Outside of IR-35
