Our client, a top UK housing association, is looking for several Software Engineers to play a key role in delivering modern, customer-focused technology that supports thousands of their residents and colleagues.

Contract: Fixed Term Contract

Location: Hybrid (1-2 days)

What you’ll do:

  • Collaborate with Product Owners, BAs, Solution Architects and engineering colleagues to analyse, estimate and deliver user stories
  • Develop secure, scalable software solutions using Microsoft technologies
  • Ensure delivery aligns with architecture standards and business requirements
  • Provide timely support for critical production issues when needed
  • Contribute to agile ceremonies, team performance, and continuous improvement
  • Maintain high standards of software documentation and code governance
  • Identify risks and elevate issues that may affect delivery or availability

  • Experience delivering modern software solutions in an agile environment
  • Strong development skills in technologies such as: Sitecore, BI & Data tools (e.g., Power BI, DAX)
  • Understanding of cloud and DevOps practices — CI/CD, automation, containers, PaaS/IaaS/SaaS
  • Strong grasp of SDLC and engineering practices — TDD essential; Selenium/Spec Flow desirable
  • A collaborative mindset with ownership, energy, and a drive to achieve outcomes
